Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Broomfield, CO is seeking a part-time pickleball coach to teach private lessons and group programming, coordinate leagues, and foster student-centered learning to grow book of business.

Responsibilities include on-court coaching for 30+ hours weekly, creating engaging programs, ensuring facilities and equipment are well-maintained, and collaborating with Membership Advisors to drive participation and referrals.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and a positive attitude.
• Deep knowledge of pickleball with effective teaching styles.
• CPR/AED certification preferred; IPTA and/or PPR certification within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Instructs students during pickleball lessons on techniques to improve game; teaches ~30+ hours weekly.
• Develops safe, professional lessons and programs to promote ongoing involvement.
• Creates member experiences through programs, tournaments, events, and marketing tools; maintains clean, organized facilities and equipment.
• Participates in system-wide sales efforts with Membership Advisors and attends pickleball-related meetings.
