SURGE Staffing is seeking a reliable Picker/Packers to join our warehouse team in Henderson. The role involves picking and packing orders, preparing shipments, and supporting daily shipping and warehouse operations.

Candidates must have a valid Food Handler Card and wear approved safety footwear meeting ASTM standards. Work shifts include First Shift (7:00 AM–3:30 PM) with $16.50 per hour and Swing Shift (3:30 PM–12:00 AM) at $16.75 per hour; weekend on-call availability may be required.

• Meet daily productivity and order accuracy expectations.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding order discrepancies or shipping issues.

Picker/Packer – Shipping and Warehouse Associate

Pay: $16.50–$16.75 per hour, depending on shift

Available Shifts and Pay

First Shift – Warehouse Picker/Packer

• Schedule: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• Pay: $16.50 per hour
• Availability: Must be flexible and willing to work or be on call during weekends, as needed. This shift operates seven days a week.

Swing Shift – Warehouse Picker/Packer

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–12:00 AM
• Pay: $16.75 per hour
