Job summary

Franklin International in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a Picker Packer to support our adhesives and sealants operations. You will perform filling, packing, and material handling tasks to ensure on-time delivery of products to customers.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and you must be 18 or older. A pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check will be conducted; Union membership is required after 30 days of employment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen, physical and background check.
• Must be able to wear required PPE.
• Union membership required after 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Performs filling and packing work assignments, pumping and drumming duties and material handling duties to support various operations.
• Maintains a clean and orderly work area.
• Works with a team to label and package quality adhesives in various size containers that are ready to ship on time to the division's customers.

Compensation

$24.62 per hour plus a $1.75 shift differential when working 2nd shift. Training hours worked on 1st shift will not include shift differential.
