Job summary

Franklin International in Columbus, Ohio, is seeking an Industrial: Drummer Pumper for our Industrial plant on 1st shift (7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.). The position offers $25.79 per hour plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within a family‑owned, U.S.-based company.

Qualifications include a HS diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old, and the ability to pass pre-employment screenings. Industrial experience and PPE use are preferred, and union membership is required after 30

• Industrial experience is strongly preferred.
• Must be able to wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).

Responsibilities

• Meet scheduled production of adhesives involving complex chemistries through operation of multiple automated processes.
• Cleaning of equipment.
• Polymerization, formulation, packaging, and materials handling.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
