Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.What you’ll do:The Picker/Packer is responsible for support distribution by ensuring quality items are shipped to the customer in a timely manner. The Picker/Packer will interact closely with our automated system Autostore to drive operational excellence, enhance productivity, and optimize order fulfillment processes.Receive and put away incoming products with our cutting-edge AutoStore system to locate and select finished goods for processing customer ordersOperate warehouse picking, cycle counting, and put away by interfacing with automated equipmentLocate and select finished goods to process customer ordersClimb ladders, use barcode scanners, touchscreen, and keyboards on computers to complete inventory transactionsSpecial labeling, and palletizing finished goods for transportPerform dunnage operations as neededReceive and put away incoming productStage cardboard boxesPerform pallet-jack operationsResponsible for quality of own work. Perform waste and material management activities in accordance with applicable regulatory requirementsKeep work area clean and orderly in accordance to Eaton’s 5-S procedures.
