Randstad USA in Downingtown, PA is hiring a full-time Picker/Packers to join our warehouse team. You will pick and pack customer orders with speed and accuracy, and use modern scan technology to track inventory and complete orders.

Shift is First, hours 10 AM - 6:30 PM, salary $40,000-$41,000 per year, with overtime opportunities and benefits. We emphasize safety, teamwork, and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Pick correct quantities, part numbers, and materials from warehouse storage locations based on pick lists and customer orders.
• Box products and pack orders into shipping cartons, ensuring components meet specifications.
• Use scan devices, paperless systems, or wearables to track locations and move inventory to orders.
• Weigh products with proper scales and maintain packing supplies and shipping paperwork.
• Deliver pallets to staging areas using pallet jacks; inspect containers and pallets for quality.

Responsibilities

• Pick correct quantities, part numbers, and materials from warehouse storage locations based on pick lists and customer orders.
• Box products and pack orders into shipping cartons, verifying that all components meet customer order specifications and notes.
• Utilize scan devices, paperless order management systems, or wearable technology to scan storage locations and move inventory directly to orders.
• Weigh product using proper scales and maintain packaging supplies, order records, and shipping paperwork.
• Deliver complete pallets to designated staging areas using manual or electric pallet jacks.
• Inspect containers, packaging materials, and finished pallets to ensure order accuracy, completeness, and quality standards.
• Assist with inbound receiving, loading and unloading freight, stocking pick/pack areas, and performing inventory cycle counts.
• Report defective items, inventory shortages, product damage, or safety hazards to supervisors or leads.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and strictly adhere to all safety compliance guidelines.
