Job summary

Randstad USA in Lebanon, TN is seeking a reliable picker/packer to support high-volume distribution centers. This role offers steady hours, on-site work, and pay based on experience.

As a detail-oriented team member you will pick items with RF scanners, pack them securely, and ensure accuracy against orders. Training provided, and safety is a priority in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Be able to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Attention to detail in packing and labeling.
• Experience with RF scanners is not required but may be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Picking: Accurately locate and retrieve inventory items from designated storage areas using RF scanners or digital pick tickets, strictly following quantity and SKU specifications.
• Packing: Select appropriate shipping materials and efficiently pack items to ensure they are secure, damage-free, and correctly labeled for shipment.
• Operate manual material handling equipment (carts, hand trucks) to move pulled orders from the picking area to the packing or staging lines.
• Perform final quality checks on every order before sealing, ensuring the contents match the order manifest and that documentation is complete.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized picking aisle and packing station to support high-speed operation and inventory integrity.

Dress code
