Randstad USA in Jeffersonville, IN is hiring motivated picker/packers to support essential distribution operations with daily physical activity. You will locate items, pack and label shipments, and handle basic stock movement in a fast-paced warehouse.

• Packing tasks: Prepare pulled products for shipment, which involves boxing, applying protective packaging, sealing, and affixing correct shipping labels.
• Utilize basic material handling aids like rolling carts and hand dollies to transport items between picking and packing stations.
• Assist with basic stock handling, ensuring inventory in picking locations is organized and easily accessible for efficient retrieval.
• Adhere to all required speed and accuracy metrics set for both the picking and the final packing process.
