Job summary

WeatherTech Direct in Bolingbrook, IL is seeking a reliable Order Picker/Packer for the 2nd shift (2:00-10:30pm). You will read pick tickets, move products to shipping using an RF Scanner, and package items to order specifications.

Teamwork is essential; the role requires a HS diploma or equivalent, 6 months related experience, ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for the shift, and fluent English with authorization to work in the U.S. WeatherTech Direct offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months related work experience.
• Experience using an RF Scanner.
• Able to read and understand verbal and written work orders/instructions.
• Lift up to 50lbs.
• Flexibility to work weekends and overtime.
• Fluent in English and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders by reading pick tickets (BOLs) and move product to the shipping area by operating an RF Scanner.
• Package various products to order specifications.
• Work as part of a team to ensure efficiency when processing orders.
• Train new and existing team members on different functions of the production area.
• Follow all safety and company procedures while performing work duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned, both within and outside of the department.
