Introduction

To prepare and split pallets as instructed while maintaining our governance and customer standards. To ensure the correct product is picked, packed and finished goods are placed in the allocated areas. Practicing FIFO at all times and picking stock accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Pack and split pallets according to standard.
• Ensure pallets and boards for packing are in good condition.
• Adhere to FIFO at all times.
• Record dates on picking slips and ensure they are signed off.
• Handle all stock with care to prevent damages.
• Ensure all orders are picked for loading, products are picked according to the allocated pick slips while adhering to company requirements in terms of product days to shelf, stock rotation, and quality requirements.
• Securely stabilize product for transit to eliminate damages.
• Sort incoming pallets and boards to ensure good quality for production.
• Adhere to health & safety standards at all times.
• Wear PPE at all times.
• Keep the workplace neat and tidy at all times.
