Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment is required.
• Must be able to work 9:00am - 5:30pm (Mon – Fri) with overtime; weekends may be required.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Respectful, professional, and ethical behavior is expected.
• Basic computer and keyboarding skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders efficiently and accurately.
• Operate scanners to ensure correct orders and inventory accuracy.
• Build pallets with orders and position them for processing.
• Operate and become certified on material handling equipment (Power walkies).
• Pack and process small orders via UPS.
• Work collaboratively with Coordinators and Supervisors who assign orders.
• Meet productivity standards via RF technology.
• Pack and process orders for UPS, LTL, and TL shipments.
• Observe ITW safety policies and keep a neat workspace.
• Contribute to process improvements and perform general warehouse duties.
• Additional duties as assigned.
