Job summary

ITW Shakeproof in Illinois is seeking a Shipping Distribution Associate to ensure accurate picking, labeling, and movement of products through the distribution process. You will use RF scanners and forklifts, verify shipments, and uphold safety and quality standards in a fast-paced warehouse.

Eligible candidates should be forklift certified, capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, and possess strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift certification and ability to operate safely.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Compare product IDs and daily pull sheet counts.
• Use RF scanners to pick, track and record inventory movements.
• Print and apply shipping labels for designated customers.
• Record shortages and assemble customer orders on pallets.
• Operate forklift to move and store cartons; verify shipments.
• Maintain safety and quality compliance; perform other duties.
