Aerotek is seeking a Picker/Packer for our Lakewood, WA warehouse. You will locate and pack Nee Doh products, preparing orders for major clients like Walmart, Target and TikTok.

The role requires lifting up to 60 lbs, standing all day, and operating RF scanners and pallet jacks in a safety-focused, fast-paced environment. This contract-to-hire position offers a path to full-time employment and competitive benefits.

Job Title: Picker/Packer

Job Description

Join our award-winning toy company as a Picker/Packer at our warehouse in Lakewood, WA, as we continue to expand our operations. You will be responsible for efficiently locating and packing orders, primarily consisting of Nee Doh products, preparing them for shipment to our large clients including Walmart, Target, and TikTok.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety in all tasks.

• Receive, sort, and put away inventory.

• Pull and pack products based on daily orders using scanners or paper pick tickets.

• Maintain order accuracy in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

• Monitor product quality and report any issues.

• Utilize a continuous improvement mindset to troubleshoot problems.

• Safely handle products heavier than 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, climbing stairs, and reaching frequently during shifts.

• Maintain cleanliness in the assigned area.

Essential Skills

• 1 year of similar experience.

• RF scanning experience.

• Ability to use a pallet jack.

• Capable of standing on feet all day.

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 60 lbs.

• Teamwork mentality and willingness to help out where needed and learn different tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Forklift experience is preferred.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lakewood, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.75 - $20.75/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
