Job Description

This role focuses on accurately picking, packing, and processing samples in a warehouse environment, ensuring each order is handled with precision and delivered on time. You will play a key part in maintaining efficient inventory flow and supporting daily fulfillment operations.

Work Environment

This position is based in a warehouse setting and operates on a first shift schedule from 10:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The warehouse is not temperature controlled, so conditions can be humid and hot, and candidates should be comfortable working in a warm environment throughout the day. The role requires standing for extended periods and regularly lifting up to 40–50 pounds. The broader workplace includes open-concept and collaborative office areas, a large kitchen, library, live plants, privacy rooms, a convenient nursing room, and access to natural light at most workstations, along with a stocked break room offering complimentary healthy snacks and beverages. Dress code is typical for a warehouse and office environment, emphasizing safety, practicality, and comfort suitable for physical tasks and an active workday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of FAIRFIELD, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.25 - $19.25/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
