Job summary

Aerotek is hiring a Shift Supervisor for the Arlington, TX area. The role leads daily warehouse operations, plans activities around order volume and capacity, and ensures safety and compliance while driving productivity and service goals.

You'll supervise staff, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with carriers and service providers, working in a fully onsite, contract-to-hire setting with opportunities for growth and quarterly bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory movement, order picking, packing, and shipping.
• Plan and prioritize daily activities based on order volume, inbound shipments, labor availability, and equipment capacity.
• Enforce safety policies, PPE requirements, and operational procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Supervise and develop warehouse employees by setting performance expectations and managing attendance.
• Monitor productivity, inventory accuracy, and operational metrics, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Support inventory control processes such as cycle counts and system transaction accuracy.
• Serve as the primary contact for carriers, contractors, and facility service providers.
• Act as the site’s operational leader, making day-to-day decisions and escalating significant risks to leadership.

Job Description

The Shift Supervisor will lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow execution to meet service and productivity goals. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Arlington, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
