Job summary

Adecco is seeking dependable Warehouse Associates for a fast-paced distribution facility in Southaven, MS. You will perform receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control while supporting daily operations in a brand-new facility.

The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and safety-minded performance with an overnight Friday–Sunday shift from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Prior warehouse experience is preferred; training is provided for new hires.

Adecco is seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associates for a warehouse in Southaven, MS. In this role, you'll support the daily operations of a fast-paced distribution facility by performing a variety of warehouse tasks, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control. If you're safety-minded, detail-oriented, and enjoy working as part of a team, we'd love to meet you. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic warehouse environment. Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience is preferred, but candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Shift: Friday – Sunday

Hours: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Overnight Shift)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare, process, and move merchandise safely, accurately, and efficiently while meeting established productivity standards.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Receive incoming products and place merchandise in designated storage locations.
• Process product returns and assist with inventory control.
• Use handheld scanners to scan product barcodes and follow task instructions on computer screens.
• Load boxes and merchandise onto trucks for shipment.
• Follow all company safety rules, policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
• Work in various areas of the fulfillment center, including picking, packing, receiving, gift wrap, preparation, and loading.
• Meet company expectations for attendance, punctuality, conduct, safety, security, accuracy, and productivity.
• Adapt to changing processes, procedures, and work priorities.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
• Basic computer skills.
• One to two years of warehouse, distribution, or related experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, push, pull, and reach for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to read and understand safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet productivity goals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to follow all company safety policies and facility requirements.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
