Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. is seeking two Warehouse Associates for locations in Muskogee, OK 74403 and Kellyville, OK 74066. The role is a first-shift, temp position at $18 per hour.

Hours are 7am–3:30pm, Monday through Friday, with opportunities to support receiving, stocking, picking, packing and shipping activities. Responsibilities include handling inbound/outbound shipments, data entry, loading/unloading, and maintaining a safe, organized warehouse.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift / power equipment experience required.
• Background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Enter receiving information into the computer system.
• Pick, pack, weigh, and label orders for shipment (including assemble/hold orders).
• Prepare shipping documents such as bills of lading and express receipts.

• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse and parking/trucking areas.

Warehouse Associate (Muskogee, OK / Kellyville, OK) — 1st Shift — $18/hr (Temp)

Adecco is hiring 2 Warehouse Associates for our customer.

• Muskogee, OK 74403

• Kellyville, OK 74066 (18511 W Hwy 33)

Pay Rate $ 18.00

Hours Monday – Friday 7am – 3:30pm

What you’ll do

As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll support daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. You may also assist with counter service, housekeeping, and basic customer issue resolution.

Key responsibilities include:

• Warehouse worker with Forklift Experience

• Good with hand tools

• Receive incoming shipments and verify materials against purchase documents

• Enter receiving information into the computer system

• Put away product into assigned storage locations; consolidate/relocate inventory as needed

• Pick, pack, weigh, and label orders for shipment (including assemble/hold orders)

• Prepare shipping documents such as bills of lading and express receipts

• Assist with loading trucks and completing local delivery records

• Process returned materials (inspect condition, complete return paperwork, restock as appropriate)

• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse and parking/trucking areas

• Assemble/disassemble warehouse storage (bins, racks, shelves, tables) as needed

• Support basic preventive maintenance activities for warehouse equipment/vehicles (per site process)

• Document and route customer complaints/concerns to the appropriate supervisor when needed

Physical & work environment

• Warehouse environment with moderate noise; may be exposed to weather at times

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically active work

• Use of hand tools may be required

• Must follow strict safety guidelines; protective gear may be required based on task/site

Pay Details:

$18.00 per hour
