Job summary

Kelly Services seeks a Pick and Pack Worker (Packaging Associate) to join a premier manufacturing client in Saint Louis/ Kirkwood, MO. The role is part-time with 6:00 AM–4:30 PM shifts, offering a $16.00/hour pay rate and hands-on packaging on a collaborative line.

You will perform manual assembly, label, package, and stack goods, ensuring accuracy and safety on the line while maintaining a clean, organized workspace and adhering to PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• Have a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Are physically able to stand, move, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout your shift.
• Can read and understand production documents, safety data sheets, and safety information.
• Have reliable transportation and can commute within 25-30 minutes.
• Are dependable and punctual, with a commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Performing manual assembly and packaging tasks on a collaborative production line.
• Packaging components, placing bottles on conveyors, labeling cases and cartons, packing and stacking finished goods.
• Ensuring components and codes comply with packaging orders.
• Maintaining an organized and clean workspace.
• Following safe working practices and wearing all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
