Job summary

Jet Linx is seeking a seasoned Pilot in Command in Dallas to lead safe, compliant aircraft operations in accordance with FAA CFRs and Jet Linx policies. The role emphasizes proactive duty and flight time management, meticulous record-keeping, and proactive decision-making in dynamic environments.

Applicants must have extensive flight experience, current FAA First Class Medical, and eligibility to work in the United States, with the ability to travel as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum flight experience with specified hours across total time, PIC, PIC in type, multi-engine, turbine, instrument, jet.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Ability to obtain U.S. driver’s license and work eligibility in the United States.
• Current FAA First Class Medical and required travel credentials.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Pilot in Command for safe, efficient operation of the aircraft.
• Ensure compliance with FAA CFRs and Jet Linx policies.
• Manage duty, flight, and rest times per regulations.
• Maintain communication for standby duties and flight notifications.
• Complete and safeguard flight records and documentation.
• Maintain EFB hardware and applications.
• Keep navigation charts and manuals current.
• Possess travel credentials and medical certificates.
• Exercise decisive, safety-first decision-making in dynamic environments.
• Demonstrate Jet Linx core values in all client interactions.
