Job Details

The ideal candidate will be a motivated plaintiff-side attorney who is eager to manage cases from inception through resolution and who is comfortable working in a client-facing, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Active membership in good standing with The Florida Bar
• Prior experience in plaintiff personal injury law preferred (pre-suit and/or litigation)
• Strong negotiation, legal writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage a caseload independently while meeting deadlines and performance goals
• Experience handling client communications with empathy and professionalism
• Familiarity with Florida personal injury law, civil procedure, and insurance practices
• Trial experience is a plus, but not required
