Qualifications

• Must be a member of the local state bar.
• Must have a degree from an accredited law school.
• At least 3 years of PI experience.
• Willing to work at volume and open to trying cases.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation files as they progress toward settlement or trial.
• Explain the process to clients and manage expectations.
• Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and related documents.
• Guide clients through the entire case lifecycle.
• Attend and conduct depositions, mediations, and hearings.
