Job summary

Hemlock Semiconductor is seeking a dedicated AVEVA/OSIsoft PI Administrator to maintain PI systems, interfaces, and asset frameworks at our Hemlock, MI site. You will develop analytics, support data collection, and deliver end-user training for PI technologies.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, SQL and .NET skills, and experience with Windows Server in a manufacturing setting. This is a full-time, in-person role supporting our production operations.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in manufacturing with process control systems and historians.
• Hands-on AVEVA/OSIsoft PI experience including data archives, tag management, interfaces and adapters.
• Proven troubleshooting skills for complex PI environments.
• Experience in writing ANSI SQL queries and .NET development with Visual Studio.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer AVEVA/OSIsoft PI systems and interfaces.
• Develop Asset Frameworks and analytics using PI Vision and DataLink.
• Create training materials and deliver end-user PI system training.
• Support data collection, tag maintenance, and PI interfaces/connectors.
• Oversee PI Web API and AF SDK based development and automation.
