Job summary

Cypress HCM is seeking a PI Systems Developer/Administrator to build and enhance solutions within the AVEVA/OSIsoft PI environment. This role focuses on development, analytics, integrations, and improvements supporting real-time operational data, driving PI analytics, and ensuring platform scalability and security.

Qualifications

8+ years of IT/engineering software development experience.
5+ years implementing AVEVA/OSIsoft PI System solutions in large/complex environments.
Strong PI System architecture knowledge and experience with AF and Analytics.
Proficient in Python and shell scripting for automation.

Responsibilities

Build, enhance, and support PI System solutions for operational/analytic use cases.
Develop AF structures, analytics, calculations, and related reporting.
Create applications, automation, scripts, and services using C#/.NET, Python, and shell scripting.
Develop integrations between PI and enterprise platforms.
Design interfaces and data ingestion solutions for real-time data.
Troubleshoot PI data collection, performance, and integrations issues.
Provide PI platform guidance, testing strategies, and documentation.
