Job summary

Bush and Bush Law Group is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Operations Manager to improve day-to-day operations at our high-volume Texas plaintiff personal injury law firm. In this leadership role, you will oversee intake, pre-litigation, and support operations, ensuring accountability and excellent client service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of law firm operations or legal operations experience.
• 3+ years in plaintiff personal injury strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Texas PI workflow.
• Experience managing teams in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across intake, pre-litigation, and support teams.
• Manage staff performance, accountability, and training.
• Track KPIs including lead conversion and settlement cycle time.
• Monitor case management systems and task completion.
• Improve communication between teams and vendors.
