Brandon J. Broderick LLC in River Edge, NJ seeks an experienced Manager of PI Litigation Paralegals to lead day-to-day performance, structure and accountability of our litigation paralegal and support teams.

You will oversee case progression, deadlines, staffing, KPIs, attorney support and operational compliance while driving efficiency across litigation operations. The role requires 10+ years of plaintiff PI paralegal experience, including at least 2 years in supervision, and a proven track

Qualifications

• 10+ years of plaintiff personal injury paralegal experience, including supervisory background.
• Strong knowledge of plaintiff PI litigation processes, deadlines and file management.
• Experience managing high-volume litigation workflows and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and manage paralegals, Senior Paralegals, Team Leads and support staff.
• Oversee staffing, workload balancing, onboarding and performance issues.
• Ensures timely milestones: complaints, service, discovery, Form A and tracking.
• Monitor deadlines, escalation and ownership of high-risk files.
• Maintain accurate Litify data and conduct periodic audits of workflows.
