Speaks Law Firm in Charlotte, NC seeks an experienced, high-volume Personal Injury Case Manager (Paralegal) to support attorneys and clients. The role requires handling routine pleadings, interrogatories, and case management tasks with accuracy and empathy.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of NC PI claims experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and colleagues.

Formación

• Two (2) or more years of NC personal injury experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and team.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain communication with attorneys, clients, insurance adjusters and professionals.
• Draft legal documents including pleadings and motions; file according to procedures.
• Interview clients and witnesses and summarize statements.
• Organize, store, and retrieve case files and evidence.
• Monitor and manage client’s medical treatment.
• Request medical records and billing information.
• Maintain client files and case databases.
• Prepare and file general correspondence, e-mails and demand packages.
• Understand subrogation liens and dispute unrelated charges.
• Complete balance sheets reflecting Rule 414 payments/adjustments.
• Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid and other health portals.
