Qualifications

• 3+ years of Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation experience.
• Notary Public certification is required.
• Familiarity with CA court rules and e-filing in state and federal courts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience supporting attorneys through all phases of personal injury litigation.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys through all phases of personal injury litigation.
• Draft motions, oppositions, mediation briefs, and legal correspondence.
• Propound and respond to discovery and handle e-filing in CA state and federal courts.
• Prepare requests for entry of default and related documents.
• Maintain regular client contact and professional communication.
• Prioritize and manage an active caseload with calendar deadlines.
• Assist with trial preparation, including expert witness coordination.
