Protouch Staffing seeks an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal for a Columbus, Ohio law firm. The role supports plaintiffs’ injurys and complex civil litigation from intake through trial, coordinating with clients, medical providers, experts, and opposing counsel.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of paralegal experience and a strong grasp of discovery and trial prep. The position involves calendar management, document production, and close collaboration with attorneys to ensure

Qualifications

• 2+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in personal injury or complex civil litigation.
• Experience supporting plaintiff-side personal injury matters and discovery.
• Strong understanding of litigation procedures, discovery, depositions, and trial prep.
• Experience drafting pleadings, subpoenas, notices, and discovery documents.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury litigation cases from intake through trial.
• Maintain case files, court filings, and deadlines.
• Coordinate with clients, medical providers, experts, opposing counsel, courts, and vendors.
• Manage calendars and docketing for hearings, depositions, meetings, and trial deadlines.
• Assist with discovery, including drafting and organizing responses and documents.
• Coordinate depositions, including scheduling and transcript management.
• Draft and file pleadings, subpoenas, and notices.
• Organize medical records, damages documentation, and case-related evidence.
• Prepare case summaries and litigation support materials.
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation and exhibits.
