Formación

• Two years hands-on plaintiff personal injury reductions experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish with strong negotiation and client communication skills.
• Experience independently managing reductions from balance verification through written agreements and closing coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Negotiate hospital liens, medical balances, and other healthcare-related claims under attorney supervision and firm procedures.
• Review medical bills, verify outstanding balances and applicable insurance payments, and obtain supporting documentation.
• Submit reduction requests, follow up with providers and lienholders, and secure written confirmation of agreements.
• Manage a high-volume reductions caseload, prioritize aging files, and resolve items delaying closing.
• Maintain accurate balances, negotiation notes, agreements, and case updates in Litify.
• Coordinate with attorneys and closing staff to verify figures for closing statements and support settlement disbursements.
• Keep clients informed about reduction progress and refer legal questions to the appropriate attorney.
• Meet departmental expectations for reduction results, turnaround times, productivity, and accuracy.
