Qualifications

Experience handling liens in a personal injury law firm or lien resolution company.
Solid knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid liens.
Experience with private health insurance liens.
Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities

Identify, verify, track, and resolve liens related to personal injury settlements.
Negotiate reductions with lienholders to maximize clients' net recoveries.
Handle Medicare, Medicaid, ERISA, health insurance, hospital, and other medical reimbursement claims.
Review lien statements, payment histories, and final lien amounts.
Coordinate with attorneys and the settlement department to ensure timely disbursement of settlement funds.
Maintain organized and accurate lien records and monitor outstanding lien requests.
