Job summary

TORKLAW in Las Vegas seeks a Case Manager to coordinate pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake to settlement. You will maintain meticulous files, coordinate with clients, attorneys, and medical providers, and help move cases toward timely resolution.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in plaintiff PI, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required; prior litigation experience is a plus. Competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in plaintiff personal injury.
• Experience managing pre-litigation case progress.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-litigation personal injury cases from inception through settlement.
• Maintain organized case files and documentation.
• Communicate with clients, attorneys, insurers, and medical providers.
• Draft and prepare legal documents and correspondence.
• Gather medical records, bills, and evidence.
• Coordinate medical treatment for clients.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to move cases toward resolution.
• Provide compassionate client service.
