Bader Law is seeking a highly experienced Personal Injury Case Manager Lead to provide operational leadership within an attorney pod, mentoring Case Managers and ensuring top-tier client service. This role focuses on guiding complex PI cases through active treatment to settlement while upholding quality standards.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, have 5+ years of PI case management experience, and excel in leadership, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal) – Required.
• 5+ years of Personal Injury Case Management experience.
• Extensive knowledge of the personal injury case lifecycle.
• Experience managing complex or high-value injury cases.
• Proficiency with Filevine or a similar case management platform.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex personal injury cases from active treatment through settlement.
• Lead and mentor Case Managers within the pod.
• Ensure accurate and complete case documentation and QA reviews.
• Coordinate with attorneys and departments to drive efficient case progression.
• Identify case risks and opportunities to maximize case value.
• Oversee transitions from Pre-Litigation to Litigation and settlement readiness.

Position Summary

Bader Law is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager Lead to provide operational leadership within an assigned attorney pod while directly managing the firm's most complex personal injury cases. This individual will mentor Case Managers, maintain quality standards, ensure exceptional client service, and partner closely with attorneys to drive efficient case progression.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complex personal injury cases from active treatment through settlement.

Execute attorney strategy while ensuring accurate and complete case documentation.

Review and assist with demand package preparation prior to attorney approval.

Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with firm standards.

Monitor documentation quality, workflow consistency, and client communications.

Coach, mentor, and support Case Managers to improve performance and consistency.

Identify case risks, workflow gaps, and opportunities to maximize case value.

Escalate legal issues, client concerns, and operational risks to leadership.

Collaborate with Attorneys, Client Success, Settlement Coordinators, Finance, and other departments.

Oversee seamless transitions from Pre-Litigation to Litigation.

Ensure cases are ready for settlement disbursement by confirming required documentation.

Identify opportunities for client testimonials and coordinate with the Client Success team.

Serve as the primary resource for complex case questions.

Recommend process improvements and contribute to SOP development.

Promote accountability, operational excellence, and consistent client service across the assigned pod.

Qualifications

Required

Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) – Required

5+ years of Personal Injury Case Management experience.

Extensive knowledge of the personal injury case lifecycle.

Experience managing complex or high-value injury cases.

Strong understanding of quality assurance and documentation standards.

Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with Filevine or a similar case management platform.

Preferred

Previous Lead Case Manager or supervisory experience.

Experience mentoring or coaching team members.

Process improvement or operational leadership experience.
