Job summary

Bader Law is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager Lead to provide operational leadership within an attorney pod. You will manage complex PI cases, mentor Case Managers, ensure exceptional client service, and work with attorneys to drive efficient case progression.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of PI case management, leadership experience, and strong knowledge of the case lifecycle, including pre-litigation to litigation. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in Personal Injury Case Management, including significant pre-litigation work.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in a PI team.
• Experience handling catastrophic, high-value, or complex injury cases.
• Strong knowledge of the PI lifecycle from treatment to settlement and litigation handoff.
• Proficiency with case management systems (e.g., Filevine).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager Lead to provide operational leadership within an assigned attorney pod while managing complex personal injury cases. This role will maintain case quality, mentor Case Managers, ensure exceptional client service, and partner with attorneys to drive efficient case progression.

What You’ll Do

• Manage complex and high-value personal injury cases
• Execute attorney strategy and maintain accurate case documentation
• Review demand preparation and conduct quality assurance across the pod
• Monitor case workflows, documentation, and client communication
• Coach and mentor Case Managers to improve performance and consistency
• Identify case risks, documentation gaps, and opportunities to maximize case value
• Coordinate with attorneys and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless case progression
• Oversee transitions from Pre-Litigation to Litigation
• Support process improvements, SOP development, and operational best practices

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of Personal Injury Case Management experience, with significant pre-litigation experience
• Lead Case Manager, supervisory, or leadership experience strongly preferred
• Experience managing catastrophic, high-value, or complex injury cases
• Strong knowledge of the PI case lifecycle, including treatment, insurance, demands, settlement, and litigation handoff
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and client relationship skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail in a high-volume environment
• Proficiency with Filevine or similar case management systems
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
