White House Clinic - Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Management is seeking a full-time Physiotherapy Services Administrator & Receptionist to support a network of physiotherapists and consultants across Sheffield West and Chesterfield locations. You will handle front-desk duties, bookings, referrals, data management and invoicing, while supporting consultants.
The role requires excellent communication, organisation, confidentiality and a professional manner.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Physiotherapy Services Administrator & Receptionist to join our friendly and innovative physiotherapy network. Providing administrative support to a network of physiotherapists and consultants working from our clinic at our Sheffield West and Chesterfield (The Glass Yard) locations.

Playing a huge part in our patient journey, providing the best level of service to our customers, face-to-face, over the telephone and by email. You will be responsible for completing a range of administrative duties, working for a large network of physiotherapists and orthopaedic consultants.
As part of a well-established team, your role will be varied and include tasks like emailing patients, booking appointments, issuing physiotherapy referrals to clinics within our network, managing spreadsheets and databases, dealing with sensitive patient data including medical records, managing consultant diaries, producing invoices and managing finances.
You will also be required to personally assist consultants within the clinic setting, this includes ensuring their clinic rooms are adequate and ready for use and chaperoning patients when required.
The Role Has a Basic Weekly Shift Pattern
The suitable candidate will be required to be flexible, and expected to assist with other reception hours when required to cover team absence and sickness. Candidates only able to fulfil some of these hours of works are still welcome to apply.
You will be an excellent communicator, customer service orientated, well-organised and reliable. Be able to work using your own initiative whilst maintaining regular updates with your team.
You should have a professional outlook, empathetic telephone manner and understand the importance of patient confidentiality.
To apply for this position candidates must have a background within reception and/or office administration and ideally experience within a medical environment, however commitment to providing excellence in patient service is what matters to us the most and in-house training will be given. Experience using Microsoft office packages, Excel, Word, and Outlook is essential.
