Description:This position involves diagnosing and treating various urological conditions.The physician will provide care for erectile dysfunction, kidney stones, male incontinence, and perform cystoscopies and surgical assist roles.There is a coverage gap, necessitating this role.The position encompasses responsibilities in both inpatient and outpatient settings.The average patient volume per day is approximately 18.The physician will perform standard urological procedures in the clinic and operating room.Procedures include catheter placement, stent placement, cystoscopy, TURP, ureteroscopy, prostate biopsy, circumcision, shock wave lithotripsy, orchidopexy, TURBT, hydrocelectomy, spermatocelectomy, PVP, and litholapaxy.The physician will be responsible for 7 days of unrestricted call per month.Call responsibilities include a 10-minute return call response time and a radius of 30-45 minutes.Average after-hour call or text responses range from 0 to 4.Administrative time is compensated at an hourly rate.
