Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in urology.
• Washington state license required at time of presentation.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Da Vinci experience is a huge plus but not required.
• Documentation of 100 surgical procedures in the last 24 months.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a range of urological conditions in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Provide care for erectile dysfunction, kidney stones, and male incontinence; perform cystoscopies and assist in surgeries.
• Carry out standard urological procedures in the clinic and operating room (eg, TURP, cystoscopy, lithotripsy, catheterization).
• Manage a patient load of about 18 per day; respond to calls within 10 minutes for a 30–45 minute radius.
• Maintain seven days of unrestricted call per month; administrative time is compensated hourly.
