Banner Health is seeking a BE/BC Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join a dynamic, growing group in the East Valley Phoenix Metro area. The surgeon will support a high-volume practice with collaboration across Banner Heart Hospital and Banner Desert Medical Center.

The role offers competitive base compensation with incentives, comprehensive benefits, paid CME, and relocation support in a stable non-profit healthcare system. AZ licensure is required or able to obtain.

Qualifications

• BE/BC in Thoracic and Cardiac Surgery.
• Completion of accredited Cardiothoracic fellowship.
• Experience: 3+ years post fellowship.
• Current AZ license/DEA or ability to obtain.
• Call: 1:4 Shared call rotation (Minimum 7 shifts per month).
• Clinic: 1 day per week; OR: 4 days per week.

This is a unique opportunity to be a part of a dynamic and quickly growing Cardiovascular Surgery Group! Based out of Banner Heart Hospital in Mesa and Banner Desert Medical Center, this position will help support expansion and growing market share in the East Valley Phoenix Metro area.
