Banner Health is seeking a BE/BC Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join a dynamic, growing group in the East Valley Phoenix Metro area. The surgeon will support a high-volume practice with collaboration across Banner Heart Hospital and Banner Desert Medical Center.

The role offers competitive base compensation with incentives, comprehensive benefits, paid CME, and relocation support in a stable non-profit healthcare system. AZ licensure is required or able to obtain.

Qualifications

• BE/BC in Thoracic and Cardiac Surgery.
• Completion of accredited Cardiothoracic fellowship.
• Experience: 3+ years post fellowship.
• Current AZ license/DEA or ability to obtain.
• Call: 1:4 Shared call rotation (Minimum 7 shifts per month).
• Clinic: 1 day per week; OR: 4 days per week.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive Cardiothoracic surgical care in a high-volume practice.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across hospital and clinics.
• Participate in academic medicine, research, and clinical trials where available.
• Maintain high standards of patient care and safety.
