Job summary

Banner Health is seeking a BE/BC Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join a cohesive team in the East Valley Phoenix Metro area. The role focuses on a high-volume practice with collaboration across clinics and ORs, supported by advanced imaging and technology.

The position offers a competitive base salary with production incentives, paid CME, malpractice tail coverage, relocation, and robust benefits as part of Banner Health's cardiovascular network.

Qualifications

• BE/BC in Thoracic and Cardiac Surgery.
• Completion of accredited Cardiothoracic fellowship.
• Experience: 3+ years post fellowship.
• Current AZ license/DEA or ability to obtain.
• Call: 1:4 Shared call rotation (Minimum 7 shifts per month).
• Clinic: 1 day per week; OR: 4 days per week.
• Join a cohesive team of surgeons in a collaborative environment.
• Well supported by Advanced Practice Providers in the clinic, hospital, and OR settings.
• High volume practice with excellent support staff and cutting-edge technology.
• Access to advanced imaging and surgical technologies.
