Job summary

Join Parachute, LLC in Tahlequah, OK is seeking a Physician Substitute to ensure donor health and safety and to contribute to a welcoming donor experience. You will work with the site team to support operations and uphold safety standards.

The role offers cross-training across center functions, including phlebotomy and processing, with growth opportunities in a fast-scaling organization.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma, GED or higher.
• Certified/licensed in the state as RN/Paramedic/LPN/EMT.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand/sit long periods.
• Ability to work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor donor eligibility and safety; perform health screenings and exams.
• Respond to donor reactions and provide care as needed.
• Collaborate with center staff to ensure a positive donor experience.
• Maintain health logs and test results with clinical oversight.
• Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and compliant.
• Cross-train in phlebotomy, processing, and station setup.
• Opportunity to gain additional responsibilities with potential for more pay.
