• Ability to perform health screenings and physical exams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor donor eligibility and safety; perform health screenings and exams.
• Respond to donor reactions and provide care as needed.
• Work with center staff to maintain a positive environment for donors.
• Manage health logs and test results with clinical oversight.
• Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and compliant.
• Cross-train in all center functions including phlebotomy and processing.
