Job summary

ProMedica Physicians Group (PPG) is seeking a full-time fellowship-trained Sleep Medicine Physician to join our team in Sylvania, OH. This is a 100% outpatient position with responsibilities in the Sleep Medicine Clinic, Sleep Lab, and Telemedicine, Monday through Friday daytime hours.

Join a busy practice with strong patient demand and robust provider, clinical, and administrative support, including relocation assistance and an Epic EMR environment.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school.
• Valid and unrestricted medical license in the state(s) where care is provided.
• Board certified or board eligible in Sleep Medicine.
• Completion of an accredited Sleep Medicine Fellowship.
• Current AHA certifications (BLS/ACLS/PALS, etc.).
• Ongoing CME and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% outpatient Sleep Medicine care in the Clinic, Sleep Lab, and Telemedicine.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care.
• Support a busy practice with strong patient demand and dedicated team.

Requirements:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution in the applicable specialty.
• Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in the state(s) where care is provided.
• Board certified or board eligible in the relevant specialty.
• Completion of an accredited Sleep Medicine Fellowship.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) certification(s) applicable to your role (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc.).
• Commitment to ongoing continuing medical education (CME) and professional development.
