Job summary

ProMedica Physicians Group (PPG) is seeking a Family or Internal Medicine Physician for our Primary Care team in Toledo, OH. This role focuses on 100% outpatient care with EPIC EMR support.

We offer flexible scheduling with 8- or 10-hour shifts, 4 or 5 days per week, and a 1:7 call/holiday rotation. A relocation package and ambient dictation with Abridge AI enhance onboarding. Minor procedures are available as an option.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Active medical license to practice in the state(s) where care is provided.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family or Internal Medicine.
• Current American Heart Association certifications (e.g., BLS/ACLS/PALS).
• Commitment to ongoing CME and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% outpatient care.
• Participate in a 1:7 call/holiday coverage rotation.
• Utilize ambient dictation with Abridge AI.
• Option to perform minor procedures.
• Flexible scheduling: 8- or 10-hour shifts; 4 or 5 days per week.
• Work with EPIC EMR.

Requirements:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution in the applicable specialty.

• Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in the state(s) where care is provided.

• Board certified or board eligible in the relevant specialty.

• Current American Heart Association (AHA) certification(s) applicable to your role (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc.).

• Commitment to ongoing continuing medical education (CME) and professional development.
