Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field required.
• Applicable work experience may be used in lieu of education.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned departments to align with goals.
• Develop departmental goals, standards and objectives supporting the strategic plan.
• Manage staff relations, performance management, engagement and scheduling; oversee payroll and development.
• Monitor budgets, regulatory compliance, contracts, and vendor relationships.
• Identify needs for systems, equipment, and inventory; ensure functionality and appropriate levels.
• Foster an environment that supports professional growth and development.
• Ensure the department's role within the continuum of care remains focused.
• Maintain reliable attendance and adherence to policies.
• Apply healthcare regulations and organizational policies (e.g., HIPAA) consistently.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and take corrective actions for staff.
