Responsibilities

• Manages daily operations of assigned departments to align with objectives and organizational goals.
• Assists in developing departmental goals, standards, and objectives that support the organization's strategic plan.
• Manages staff relations, including performance management, employee engagement, scheduling, payroll, and development activities.
• Monitors departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, contracts, and vendor relationships.
• Identifies and justifies needs for systems, equipment, and supply purchases; ensures inventory levels and functionality.
• Creates and fosters an environment that encourages professional growth and development.
• Ensures the department remains focused on its role within the continuum of care and maintains compliance.
• Manages hiring, training, evaluating performance, and corrective actions for staff.
