Job summary

Intermountain Health in Billings, MT seeks a Rheumatologist to join a collaborative team at the St. Vincent Regional Hospital campus. You’ll work with a supportive Rheumatologist, manage rheumatic diseases, and coordinate with a pharmacist and nurse for prior authorizations.

The role offers a strong benefits package, relocation assistance up to $20,000, a starting bonus of $25,000, and student loan support up to $100,000, with 40-hour weeks and 10-hour days on most schedules.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine.
• Residency training in Internal Medicine.
• Board certification or eligibility in Rheumatology.
• Active, unobstructed Montana medical license, or the ability to obtain one.
• Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one.
• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process.
• Candidates requiring Visa sponsorship will be reviewed on an individual basis.

About this role

As a Rheumatologist you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.

In this role you'll join a group with a great team dynamic and work with a Rheumatologist who will mentor and support you! You will practice at our established clinic located on the St. Vincent Regional Hospital campus in Billings, Montana. Clinic is equipped with onsite infusion center You’ll have support from a pharmacist and nurse dedicated to prior authorization paperwork.

Typical Schedule: Monday – Thursday , 10 hour days 2 half days on Friday per month.

Compensation

Base Salary: $339,000.00 per annum

wRVU Conversion Factor: $50.00 per wRVU above threshold

wRVU Threshold: 6,080 per year

Incentives: Relocation: up to $20,000.00 (based on moving location)

Starting Bonus: $25,000.00

Student Loan Assistance: up to $100,000.00
