Due to our growth, we are hiring a Physician Relations Specialist to join PracticeMatch, an M3 company. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work permanently from home.

Job Description

The Physician Relations Specialist will conduct phone interviews with graduating residents and fellow physicians to gather their personal recruitment information, which is essential for healthcare organizations to successfully recruit and place qualified physicians.

Essential Duties Include

1. Complete phone interviews with physicians to obtain contact information and practice preferences.
2. Make outbound calls to physicians regarding future practice opportunities.
3. Engage with residents and fellows on social media platforms.
4. Inform physicians about PracticeMatch's career resources.
5. Handle inbound calls from physicians, hospitals, and administrators.
6. Work independently to meet daily and weekly call and interview quotas.
7. Make between 80-100 calls daily.

Qualifications

• Excellent listening and professional phone communication skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn.
• Self-motivated and assertive to achieve goals.
• Experience with a sales approach towards gatekeepers.
• Outbound call experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in market research, sales, or customer support is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Attention to detail, especially in data entry.
