Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains relationships with referring providers to facilitate patient referrals.
• Communicates services, new specialists, treatments, and procedures to external providers to encourage referrals.
• Identifies and addresses barriers to the referral process to ensure smooth transitions.
• Supports onboarding of newly affiliated physicians and provide resources and contacts.
• Analyzes referral patterns using data tools to identify trends and opportunities.
• Plans educational events and meetings to promote Kettering Health's services.
• Serves as a point of contact for external providers and resolves referral-related issues.
• Collaborates with marketing, clinical operations, and administration to align outreach.
• Ensures HIPAA compliance in all communications and activities.
• Maintains records of outreach activities and provider contacts in designated systems.
• Travels to multiple healthcare facilities as required.
