Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a business-related field or healthcare administration.
• Minimum four years of healthcare business, management, or related administrative experience.
• Experience in sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with community providers to position Duke as the preferred referral source.
• Translate opportunities into sales strategies and tactics with service lines and marketing colleagues.
• Use data to analyze market trends and inform outreach plans.
• Identify new referral sources and engage providers to increase referrals to Duke Health Lake Norman Hospital.
• Document activities and report progress to stakeholders.
• Promote Duke MedLink enrollment to streamline referrals.
