Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or physician liaison/relations work; healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong writing and content-development skills across print, digital, and social channels.
• Comfort working directly with physicians and clinical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate referring-physician outreach, including Lunch and Learns, in-person visits, and ongoing relationship-building with community and regional providers.
• Develop and print digital collateral — flyers, brochures, and referral materials — tailored to each specialty.
• Participate in managing the department's social media presence, including content planning, posting, and engagement.
• Collaborate with existing marketing leadership to execute digital patient-direct marketing campaigns to drive appointment volume.
• Report on referral activity, digital engagement, and new-patient volume tied to marketing efforts.
